Our appointments are individual and private. There is a $175 Provider Consultation Fee. This fee must be prepaid at the time of booking. This ensures your appointment is reserved and covers the cancelation fee of $175 if you do not cancel at least one full business day prior to your appointment. Half of the fee will be applied to the cost of a treatment booked within three months of the Initial Consultation. This fee will only be refunded if appointments are canceled with 24 or more business hours’ notice. (*Note: the office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.)
