How Does It Work?

Pre-Treatment Consultation and Procedure

Before deciding whether the Silhouette InstaLift is right for you, Dr. Enzer will take a look at your medical history during your pre-treatment consultation. The two of you will discuss your expectations and goals, and Dr. Enzer will customise the treatment to meet your aesthetic needs.

On the date of the procedure, Dr. Enzer will mark the areas where the Silhouette InstaLift sutures will be placed. He will then inject a local anaesthetic at the treatment areas before inserting the sutures into the subcutaneous tissue. You may experience a little sting from the anesthetic.

Once Dr. Enzer inserts the sutures, he will start to reposition and lift the skin according to your aesthetic goals and then cut off the ends of the sutures. The number of sutures applied depends on your skin laxity, your cosmetic needs, and the condition of your skin.

After the Silhouette InstaLift Treatment

After the insertion of the Silhouette InstaLift sutures, you may experience minor temporary swelling or bruising. There should be little pain, if any.

The lifting effect is instant. Gradually, the tissues generate new collagen; this will continue over time and subsequently restore fuller, more youthful contours to the face, giving you long-term results.
