Three months after upper laser blepharoplasty.

The right and left sides of a person’s face are never perfectly alike. It is important for the plastic surgeon to recognize this ahead of time. In this case, the woman’s left upper lid is very hollow compared to the right. However, she decided not to address the deflated left side with the placement of synthetic fillers in the sub-brow area after her upper blepharoplasty. Notice the improved symmetry nevertheless.
